Aftershocks

Shortly following a devastating earthquake in January 2010 which claimed the lives of two hundred thousand people and left millions homeless, Sweet Micky, an extroverted and famed singer of the ebullient dance music called konpa, was elected President of Haiti. Over the last five years, Michel Martelly has been called both a savior and a rogue all while his nation remains the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.
